this was a Mammoth task. We had 26 established trees which were removed and replaced with a fence. This was all completed to a high standard.

We had produced our own design for our new garden. Bills comments and advice were usefull and practical. The groundwork to prepare the area for turf laying was outstanding. The quality of the turf used and the attention to laying has resulted to a magnificent lush lawn. The design incorporated various plant beds and hard pathways in curving lines. A truly transformational piece of work from an amazing and reliable team.

The complete transformation of our front and rear gardens was created by William's brilliant team who worked professionally and courteously at all times in all weathers (we had snow, rain, drizzle and occasionally a little sunshine). Consultation and communications were regular, with all preparation work and waste efficiently dealt with, and at the end of each day everything was left tidy. Throughout the whole process from tree trimming, ivy removal, ground preparation, fencing, paving, pergola, gating and turfing, all our needs were catered for, with consultation through each stage. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone's personal standards were very high.

William's suggestions and guidance were spot on and the whole team were a pleasure to have spent time with. I would have no hesitation in recommending ‘W.Davies' to family, friends or anyone wanting a job done well.

We had a massive tree that needed removing & hedge tidying up. From my 1st call to William we new we would get a professional job done. Left the area clean & tidy & also cut the trunk of the tree into logs for us  we need some more work do & will definitely be call on them again.

Superb service! Came over almost straight away to quote for front and back pruning and shrubbery tidy up, and the work was booked in a few days later. Came home to find the work done just as promised, everything tidied away and left clean - really pleased. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We had had a near dead Lleylandii hedge and bushes removed by another company and we then had a scruffy front garden with little privacy. Contacted William who came quickly and gave an immediate quote for what we wanted done.

To our surprise he said he could put a picket fence up for us the next day. We also wanted some slabs aligning and a few Red Robins planted in difficult areas full of roots which William said he would do later.

More surprises, William and his son and 2 other men were at our house at 11 am the next day. We went out and returned at 4 pm to find to our surprise that the WHOLE job had been completed.

The work was absolutely superb. It was exactly what we had envisaged, with a few bits of advice from William. Some aftercare tips and comments were welcome too.

We are sure such speedy work is not always possible, but we highly recommend this company. 

We could see William was itching to sort our haphazard front garden into shape.......we will have to try and save up for that. 

Coupled with the excellent and totally surprisingly speedy work, William is fun! Entertainment is thrown in.

The first time I meet with Bill, after an initial phone call, he came around and we discussed what I needed in my new build garden, and he managed to decipher my back of the envelope design!! His team came the next day to measure up and discuss further what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the design and materials.

Bill and his team arrived on the day promised and within three days I’d gone from a mud patch to a beautiful block paved garden. Can’t say enough about Bill and the team, they were so meticulous in the work they did, and my drive was cleaner after they had left than before they came!! They kept me informed of what was going on and checking that I was happy and gave helpful advice on what to plant and tweaks to my design.

Looking forward to spending the next months planting up and making it my own and will use Bill and his team again for phase 2. Thank you!

I invited a number of quotes for this job, which was to remove an existing fence (approx. 25 meters), and replace with new (with two new gates) and remove exiting "Council slab" footpaths and patio and replace with new Indian Sandstone. I met with each contractor on site and discussed my requirements. William was thorough and submitted the most competitive bid for carrying out both jobs within approx. 1 week timeline. He was very clear about how his team would approach and complete the work.

After arriving on site, the weather was not kind at all but the team worked through under challenging wet conditions. A further challenge was the fact that wherever they dug to create the fence post holes, below 6 inches was just full of builders' rubble from when the houses were built. This was a recurring theme across my whole back garden but the team delivered without complaint and removed all materials from the site. During construction, William discussed progress with me most days and suggested some possible "add ons" on which we negotiated, e.g. laying 8 inches of top grade top soil for the newly created borders; and laying plum slate for all soakaways.

All the guys on site did a fabulous job (overseen by Kieran) and kept the site as clean as possible during construction. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome and quality of work and have no hesitation in recommending William and the team for your building/construction and landscaping needs.

The team arrived on time on the date agreed. There was a team of six, who were friendly and helpful, and they carried out the work extremely professionally and efficiently, finishing in good time.
